Information about the Sorento for 2021
First, the 2021 Sorento is a Kia redesign of the Sorento style, which means a lot of things are new for this year. The Sorento comes with different trims. The trim level starts with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with 281 horsepower. The basic engine has torque at 311, with an all-wheel-drive or front drive. Your transmission will be an eight-speed for a touch of sportiness. Your Sorento can tow up to 3500 pounds. New this design year in the Sorento is the hybrid. The hybrid has over 227 horsepower. The Sorrento will also have a plug-in hybrid before the year is out.
The redesigned Sorrento comes in six different trim levels. The trim levels include sporty trims and luxury trim levels. Take a few minutes and study the features of each trim, so you can pick the trim that suits your needs the best. The X trim is specifically made to be sporty with different, rugged trim, gritty bumper details, and a roof rack for your canoe, a couple of kayaks, and a blow-up, inflatable board. Your Sorrento has three rows of seats, but luxury features include captain’s chairs for the driver and his/her passengers and tons of USB ports in case you need to cook up or discuss.
